my Baby got One year..and she got cold and cough fever I giver paracetamol drops fever at 98.8 after 6 hour at 1.00am fever 105. I feel very scard .again I gave paracetamol drops 1ml .. after 6 am again temperature high..went doctor his said viral fevers.. don't worry use medicine for 5days..my doubt is y fever ups and downs by use medicine..in viral fevers it's happends like this..and last week misquotes bites her many places is this reason for viral fever..and now her temperature 36.6c⁰ and her feet and knees hot..if I gave paracetamol drops again is it k..

Cold is a viral illness and symptoms could be sneezing, running nose, cough sore throat, nasal congestion and fever.
Treatment consists of antihistamines antipyretics analgesics and decongestants .
steam inhalation would be benefichuial .
Medicines like sinarest/wikoryl / Alex cold can be given in a proper dose according to the weight for 3-5 days as per the symptoms .
