Hello mam /sir I have twin baby boys. My elder son is getting watery running nose from morning. Always they used to get infected from cold and cough. Morning I have given saline drops in his nose. Kindly tel me some precautionary measures to protect them from cold and cough. They are 5 months 21 days old.
