hello mam my son is 2.5 years old n he eats everything as per his age still one of nutritionist suggested me to give him pediasure. Is it compulsory to give bcoz I haven't started yet

A. Hello mom It is not compulsion to give PediaSure it is only a milk supplement it is up to you instead you can give dry fruit mix can be made into a powder form or else you can also use fresh fruit as well And give it in a milkshake form.
