hello mam my son is 1.4 years old. His both eyes seem watery at times and his left eye looks a bit smaller than right eye. is it harmful?? do I need to worry about his vision??

A. You check with your doctor to know and understand whether there is actually difference between the eyes or not and the doctor is going to give you a confirmation physically and accordingly they will be able to help you correctly on that
