Hello mam...My doughter is in class 2 in icse syllabus...what food v should give her to remember what she reads...i mean for brain

A. hi mom give her foods rice in protiens for appropriate growth and good concentration include nuts like almonds , walnuts in diet give her a balanced diet including variety of vegetables and fresh fruits
