hello mam, my daughter is under weight , please advice food

A. Hello mom.you may give her eggs if preffered , also panner , ghee can be added to her meals , soya , fresh fruit milk shakes such as with banana , mango , avacado etc , also you could opt for dry fruits , nuts , seeds , legumes such as black gram , chana , rajma etc
