Hello mam my baby is 5 months old she only had 3 months breast feed but I want to start again how can i do no.. My milk has been stop producing please help me

ExpertDr. Mohammed imranPaediatrician3 years agoA. To boost lactation take lactare tablet and galact granules add oats and meat in the diet take lots of the oral fluids maintain hydration and keep a track on urine output

The more u feed the more milk production will be there...have jeera water daily two times a day to increase bm.. Let ur baby suck ur nipples for the milk to start coming. Take care
