hello Mam my baby is 1 month and 21 days old and my milk supply is decreasing vigorously...I took shatavari and lactre tablet for milk production still it's not increasing what to do?

A. dear mom. it is based on demand n supply machanism, so latch your baby more often. consume lactation booster food, n take more liquids. lastly do not take stress. ok
