hello mam,my baby girl was 7 months old she got rash on her hand .it's looking like some reddish and lite swelling.what it isthat .plz help me i mentioned picture below

A. hello looks swollen too n is better to chk ir doctor n shr will be able.to guide u accordingly which woll be better n also safe too n absolutely no worries
