hello mam my baby boy 23 weeks old everyday gas issue stomach pain lots of crying he fed formula milk Isomil ... he don't feed my breast milk bcoz when he feed breast milk I think his stomach pain indigestion issue started I'm worried about him plz mam suggest me something

A. Mam Can I started breast feeding my baby boy my pediatrician said I will be give breastfeeding only 24 hours around one time

A. good evening it is very common for small children to be having lot of gastric issue and pain in the stomach it does not mean that the child is having lactose and tolerance or formula milk issue that is not the case
