Hello mam meri delivery Hui thi 9 months pehle normal usk baad se mujhe periods nai aate hai or m jab bhi morning m uthati hu to mujhe onle legs and hand itching hoti hai maine apna lft or kft test bhi karaya tha but usme sab normal hai

AbhayaMom of a 15 yr 8 m old boy1 Year agoA. Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much. These kind of irregularities are common upto one year after delivery. Please eat healthy food items like fresh fruits and dry fruits. Take lots of green vegetables and dairy products on daily basis. Please use proper contraceptive measures to avoid any kind of accidental pregnancy till the periods become regular. Drink Shaadmani Blue fusion green tea which is good for hormonal imbalances.
