hello mam meri baby girl 5 April 2025 ko normal delivery se hui hai usko is time to koi problem nhi thi but abhi 3 din se usko loose motion ho rahe hai jisase uska wait bhi kam hota ja raha hai aur mera milk kam piti hai isliye mujhe bottle ka milk feed karana padta hai

A. aap baby ko jaldi se doctor ke pass leke jao... wait Kam raha hai to problem hai or urine kar raha ya nehin notice Karo loose motion me dehydration ho jata hai to dhan rakho.... ek bar doctor ke pass le jao
