A. Mam I’m not understanding what is the problem with high speed fan you can keep it on four because I’ll just tell you when you keep it on five the air is really very loud and annoying but when you keep it on fourth it is manageable still if you’re facing a problem then you can use a cooler or air condition at temperature about 24 to 25°
