Initially if the baby has got used to liquid foods you can start with semi solids
so steamed vegetables such as potatoes sweet potatoes or carrots can be given
you can also give them fruits such as banana chikku etc 
add ghee to their meals as well
dal rice

So once your child is six months complete you can start giving Dal water rice water fruits and vegetables of all kind make sure to include varieties of dairy products into the diet of your child and also food that you can prepare out of oats ragi and Suji as well
