hello mam. I'm mother of 2 kids, one is 8 years old and 2nd is 5 months baby. both are normal deliveries, want to go for family planning operation ? which method is good, how many days rest is required? Do's and don'ts after surgery? suggestions please

A. good evening I would recommend you to discuss with your gynecologist however if you don't want to go with something that is permanent you can also go for something like multiload insertion
