hello mam I m 31 week pregnant.i have an ultrasound that show 1820 gm baby weight.and have anterior placenta showing grade 3 maturity changes.what it mean and will it affect my baby health??

A. all good. just have regular follow up with your doctor and take medications properly. keep watch on baby movements. follow healthy diet and adequate water intake with regular daily walking
