hello mam I'm 25 year's old mam jbse mera baby hua h tbse mai bht weak ho gye hu , mai bht thin ho gye hu plz mujhe apna weight increase Krna h mai weight bdana chahti hu kya lu diet me plz y koi accha protein powder jo weight ko bdae bone ko bhi strong kre

A. dear Mum as prescribed by doctor take calcium and iron supplement tablet have a balanced diet having variety of food groups grains and millets 3 to 4 servings of good protein from sprouts, dal, beans, soya, nuts oil seeds if non veg then egg fish chicken seasonal fruits and vegetables atleast 500 ml milk or milk products 3 meals and 2 healthy snacks take adequate rest
