Hello Mam I have 7 months old baby boy , I m not feeling well these days I have back pain , waist pain, joint pain also getting hair fall much more feeling weakness what should I do ?

A. hello mommy, it looks like iron and calcium deficiency which is common to happen post delivery,. I recommend you to take expert consultation from a gynaecologist and get advise on your diet.
