hello mam. I am 6 weeks pregnant. i did an ultrasound scan this Tuesday which revealed that embroy is not visible in the sac. my beta hcg count is 4500 as on Wednesday. I am experiencing brown discharge since this Sunday. I went to a gynecologist yesterday and told her about the brown discharge. she told to come to hospital if the discharge is of red color. is it normal?

Do abdominal stretching exercise and go for walking every day atleast 15-20 minutes stay hydrated avoid junk food and bakery products like maida bread avoid stress stay happy
Take healthy protein rich nutritious food take seasonal fruits and vegetables which is rich in all minerals and vitamins maintain hydration
