Hello mam, I am 4month pregnant. sometimes I am felling heart burn which may be due to gastric problem. please suggest me what should I do.

take iron calcium and multivitamins supplements regularly and protein powder with milk twice a day.
syo mucaine gel 2 tsf thrice a day for 2-3 weeks.
avoid spicy and oily food
