Hello ma'am My son is 5 months old. He has redness on his face with some rashes type of. His face gets dry after wash. what should I do to cure his face. plz suggest any face cream too. As he scratches his face that radness starts appear.

NikithaMom of a 11 yr old boy1 day agoA. hello make sure to keep baby skin hydrated well n also use mild skin care products like babyhug can help n ny concern it is better to check with ur doctor
