Hello ma'am my son is 4 months old and I am not having proper breast milk

ExpertDr.Deepinder Kaur DhawanObstetrician and Gynaecologist3 years agoA. give only breastmilk till completion of Six month and feed more frequently for adequate production.. take iron calcium and multivitamin regularly and protein powder with milk twice a day .

I’d Like to say if you do not have sufficient breastfeeding for the child then you can go ahead with giving formula to the child because that’s the only option you have when mothers do not have appropriate milk for the child and it is recommended to go ahead with powdered milk only
