hello ma'am my son is 2 years and 3 months old but doesn't speak any single word and also doesn't chew food and don't respond to his name

Okay so let’s just check for these things as well is your child responding to its name so the answer is no secondly out of 10 times how many times is your child not responding to the name you should check for that thought is your child making an eye contact whenever you are trying to talk to your child and also is your child following simple simple commands that you are giving so these things are important to be seen if they are in place and there is no problem otherwise you may check with the child psychologist one time as the delay in the speech also be because of the same reason only
