A. Child is understanding everything and if the child is responding well otherwise I’m following your simple command that’s okay hyper activities common with this age and sometimes kids are very grossed in their own world because you don’t have to play with so I would just be on the safer side to consult a doctor discuss the issue and also with homeopathic medicines to control the hyper activity

A. It sounds like your child is highly energetic and engaged in his own world but struggles with responding to questions. This could be due to several reasons, including developmental differences, communication challenges, or sensory preferences. Some children, especially those who are hyperactive, find it difficult to focus on conversations or process verbal instructions while their minds are occupied with other activities. If your child is very active but does not respond to questions, it may help to observe his behavior more closely. Does he respond when he is calm or in a quiet setting? Does he follow non-verbal cues or gestures? Sometimes, children with communication delays or sensory processing issues may not engage in conversations the way other kids do. It can also be helpful to use simple language, visual aids, or interactive techniques like games or storytelling to encourage responses. If this behavior continues or if you notice other signs like lack of eye contact, repetitive behaviors, or difficulty in social interactions, it might be a good idea to consult a pediatrician or child development specialist. Early intervention can be very helpful in understanding and supporting your child's unique needs. Meanwhile, providing a structured routine, limiting distractions, and engaging in activities that capture his interest can gradually improve communication and interaction.
