A. A child is usually full for 2 to 3 hours after taking a feed so this will be the best sign for you to know and understand the child is taking proper feeding from you and if the child is gaining a minimum of 500 g every month with the milk that you are giving then that itself is a very big sign that your child is efficiently full with the milk that you are giving to the child
