hello kya pregnancy may weight loss karsakte hai? kyun ki mera weight 95 kgs aur my 10 weeks pregnant hun is it possible to loss weight my bht pareshn hun kahi aur zyada weight na badhe aur mujhe thyroid ka b issue hai

A. Hi if your body is fit without issues you can reduce by exercising or following good diet.. you may start with basic exercises like walking. Atleast one hour of walking every day czn give you good results. You can also do basic yoga exercises regularly especially surya namaskaram, pranayma these are very beneficial of your body is really fit then you can also go the gym for workout. Start with very simple firm of exercise
