Hello. In my today's nt scan it shows that the pi uterine artery values right 1.9 and left 2.07. What does the means. Could someone please answer

In anamoly scan at 19 weeks, it was observed that right uterine artery shows high impedance flow PI of 1.89 and left uterine artery shows high impedance flow PI of 2.60. My blood pressure has always been normal. What could be the reason for this as i have no other issues. Doc has suggested ecospirin 150. Is it going to affect my child?
