hello, iam 30 weeks pregnant and doctor told me to count the kicks only but not the movement of baby like turning, twisting and all. so my counts of kicks are like after breakfast and lunch I had waited for 1 hour each but kicks are only 2 in the morning and 2 at afternoon. so is it normal at this week of pregnancy?

A. Hello dear Even the baby’s movements like turning or anything like that is still considered as a kick count only. There is no way to differentiate the movements by yourself
