Hello Iam 14weeks pregnant and am getting pelvic pain very often and constipation is very painful. If anyone knows how to get rid of this please let me know

A. getting pelvic pain reach the doctor immediately as it need a chk up keep yourself well hydrated increase the water intake take fibre rich foods take care
