Hello - I was breastfeeding during my 1st month after delivery, due to some issue i was away from my son for a month where in my breast milk got reduced and now i want to give my son breast milk where am getting very low milk from my breast. Please help to suggest how can my breast milk be improved?

Have lactare tablets to increase bm.
The more you feed the more milk production will be there.
include jeera,garlic, raw papaya, oats,mother horlicks with milk, dill seeds etc in ur diet to increase bm. take care
