hello i want to reduce my stress. so please tell me how to fight my stress level.

A. Hi, You can try few things listed below.. 1) Do meditation yoga in the morning and breathing exercises too. 2) Drink plenty of water to detoxify your body. Add lemon of more benefits 3) Read some books on postive thought and motivation 4) Talk to your friends who has postive attitude towards Life.
