It is normal to have postpartum the hair fall lot of women go through or I should rather say every woman goes through at a certain point of time after delivery so I suggest you to take iron supplements for six months omega-3 and also you should certainly go ahead with this suggested can prepare it from a recipe on YouTube

my son is 4 yr old  .His weight is 12.45 kg ....he is very lean and thing eats everything but not gaining weight ....I have seen kids who don't eat everything or choosy still they gain weight but my son eats everything still he is lean and thin ...we consulted many doctors ...done his blood and urine test everything normal ...doc gave some vitamin still not gaining weight why is this so

Hair fall is most of the time multifactorial. it is very commonly seen during the postpartum period usually in the lactation time.
Most important is the requirement of proper nutrition where a diet rich in good amount of protein iron and other micronutrients is important. you can take protein powder and multivitamin supplements for same.
Iron and Zinc also plays  important role.
Other factors could be hormonal disbalance specially thyroid hormone .so can get a test done to rule out.
A good care along with maintainance of propekh hhgr hygiene is also necessary . 
Use good product specially a mild shampoo with a good conditioner.
