hello, I took pregnancy test today and it turned out positive. I also have symptoms of UTI. does uti cause false positive results

A. not mostly UTI changes the result as urine pregnancy test indicates your HCG level so it would be better to consult with your doctor once or you can do a sonography for proper confirmation after one week
