Q.

Hello, I recently saw a video regarding oatmeal and it got me worried. It says that oatmeal is bad for toddler as it increases insulin and other stuff and my kid eat oatmeal every other day in breakfast. I do not add any sugar but banana, dry fruits and cow milk. Paediatrician said that it’s ok for kid to have oatmeal so now I am confused. Should I continue or stop feeding him oatmeal?
