Hello I m concerned about my child's teeth, he is 1yr old now and not even 1 teeth came .

ExpertNiharika PandeyPediatric Dentist4 years agoA. Hi sometimes kids show a little delay in getting their first milk teeth. teeth can erupt anytime upto the age of 18 months. so don't worry and wait for some more time.
