Q.

Hello.....I have a low milk supply and because of that I have to use formula milk for my baby.... please give me a solution for the same.... I want to feed my baby properly. please help 🙏

A. Hi, please take zandu shatavari and also lactare tablets two tablets twice daily. Galact granules can also be taken with milk. All this will boost milk production. start expressing milk every 2 hours , you will definitely see increase in milk by 10-20 ml every week

A. Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much. It is not advisable to give anything to the baby other than mother’s milk till the age of six months. Please take Shatavari powder with milk twice a day to increase breast milk supply. Also feed the baby often which also helps in increasing breast milk supply. Masaage your breasts gently before feeding the baby. You can also use breast pump to take out milk which also helps in production of breast milk. Thanks and take care
