RashmiMom of a 11 yr 3 m old girl3 weeks agoA. Maybe you do dryness that you are looking black to you so you can apply Vaseline petroleum jelly that would be a good option you can also apply Boroline regularly and then you can just rub the dry skin once it becomes normal after applying Boroline
