ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. do take paracetamol tablet m drink plenty of fluids.. take adequate rest, it's preferable to visit your doctor sos, for further evaluation and exact treatment or management . take care

POOJA KOTHARIMom of a 8 yr 9 m old boy3 years agoA. Take Dolo 650,Preparations containing paracetamol are suitable for use by breastfeeding mothers up to the maximum dose of two tablets four times a day.
