Q.
hello...i hav stopped breastfeeding my baby from 8 Dayz as she is 16 months old...but i a getting pain and knots in my breast .suggest me some remedies ?

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician2 years agoA. If you are not feeding your child you should express the milk out. After the regular express the milk to prevent from accumulating or to prevent from lump in breast.
Consult a lactation expert or your gynec for same.

RashmiMom of a 11 yr old girl2 years agoA. You should do hot compress regularly that is going to help and still if you feel the similar kind of pain and problem even after that then you should just consult your gynaecologist once regarding the issue
