Hello I am mom to 3year old from last 3to 4months I am getting sore throat and my right breast pains by touch before my priods and it will go after periods wts the reason for continues sore throat before periods hw to avoid?

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. Your Gynecologist will give you the proper guidance regarding this after doing a proper examination and then only some needful advice ctan be given regarding this . so please consult your doctor once.
Inre general you should take a healthy diet for yourself with plenty of liquids and also get a routine check up done
