Hello i am little bit confuse about Daiper rash cream. When to apply after putting off daiper or before daiper?

A. Applied both the times when you’re putting on a diaper and after you take off the diaper clean the area properly with a wet wipe and then apply the cream again before you make your child wear the diaper and make sure to try to maintain a gap of 30 to 40 minutes in between two changes
