hello, I am a breastfeeding mum, from last two days m having cold and sore throat with bodyache. please suggest which medicine can be taken as I am breastfeeding. right now m taking PARACIP 500mg but it's not relieving me that much as the mucus is now causing pain in ma forehead also.
