hello , i am 4 month old baby's mother I can't take heavy medicine for my spinal muscle pain ..plz suggest me any other options for my pain relief and this problem creates before my pregnancy there is no injuries..plz help me..?

A. welll if you can not take pain keller then aboud exertion abd take only sugarl eads. Cut on salt in diet. take lots of fluids and a high protein diet. avoid standing or sitting with legs hanging down.
