Hello, I am 36 weeks pregnant. From past 1 week, I feel discomfort or back pain while sleeping at night. I hardly sleep at night. I feel slight pain in the lower abdomen as my baby is in cephalic position. Please suggest me what can I do to reduce back pain

These all symptoms are quite normal in the final trimester of pregnancy and these things get normal by its own after delivery. You should definitely not worry about it at all. And just maintain a proper diet. It is the final month going on so you should not take any sort of stress
