Q.

Hello, i am 2nd time mother. after 1st delivery i had excess milk production upto 6 months n expected the same this time. at the beginning i had same result. but now i am not producing enough milk. because please of which my baby is getting cranky. suggest something.

A. Hi mom Have shatavari with warm milk twice a day to increase bm. The more u feed the more milk production will be there. If ur bm is insufficient and ur baby is crying of hunger then u can start with formula milk.
