Hello guys..my newborn baby is just 4 days old..i donno how much gap should be there for feeding..and how much minutes i should feed him and how much gap should be taken for nxt breast feeding..pls someone reply

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. the baby just newborn so you should give feeding according to demand of the baby I difference between the different feeding pattern given solution breastfeeding to the baby till 5 to 6 months of age

Feed after every 2-3 hours interval or when demanded by the baby.
Feed for 10-15 minutes from each side so that baby gets both fore milk and Hind milk.
If ur baby is active and comfortable otherwise, passing out urine 6-8 times in a day, gaining weight then that means ur baby is taking sufficient feed
