hello guys. anyone facing sleep issues ,mood swings in weaning time. I'm facing the last 5 to 6 days.please suggest me.

AbhayaMom of a 16 yr 2 m old boy1 month agoA. Hello mama This is due to hormonal changes the body that u have mood swings ,u feel little down and also have sleep issues. Try to distract urself when u feel so.. listen to music, watch movie, do meditation whatever u feel like doing at that time
