Avoid giving fried, ready to eat and too many sugary foods. Prefer to give freshly prepared healthy foods like rice with dal, chicken soup, omelette, boiled egg, sandwich, toast, upma, poha, idli-dosa with sambhar, pan cake, waffle, mixed vegetable soup, khichdi, oats with nuts, dalia, milkshakes with dry fruits, seasonal fruits, legumes, ghee, chapati with paneer gravy along with variety of fluids like water, fresh juices, curd, buttermilk, coconut water and milk.
