hello good morning my son' is 2 months 20 days old and he has cold and fever from morning so I gave him crocin drops 0.5 ml and wikoryl 0.5 is this ml ok for him or should i go to the doctor

Measure temprature every 1hr if it is above 100 then only visit doctor if it is till 100 the crocin 0.5 ml is enough. keep fan on and do sponging your childs head if the temperature is above 100.

try to prevent temperature variations around the child
you can go for indirect steam inhalation which will again help in decreasing both cough and cold
continue the regular diet of the child
if there is no improvement in few days then meet your doctorx
for fever and pain give paracetamol.
anti-cold medicines at this age have got side effects so can be given only after medical consultation.
