hello friends.. meri periods 36 days late hui... ma ni 32 days pi test kea lakin negative aya.. aur thodi spotting hui.. ab muji back pain stomach pain aur lower abdomen pain h. please help me

A. for pain you can take tab paracetamol and if not improving tab meftal spas. go for hot water compresesion and avoid excessive walking and physical activity. if not ismproving meet dr for examination and other medicines.
